The Annual Equal Opportunities Conferences of the Equality Officers is alternately organised by the Equal Opportunities and Diversity Working Group and the headquarters of Leibniz Association. The conference aims on professional development, expert exchange and networking among equality officers. Since 2018 modules for professional development provide expertise and training on diverse aspects of gender equality strategies.
