On this page, you will find information on how to register your account in the e-System after receiving a partner invitation, how to log in, and how to edit and submit an expression of interest. This information is relevant for you if you would like to submit an expression of interest in the Leibniz competition.

Once your institute‘s director invites you as a partner for a project, you receive this e-mail:
If you have not yet registered an account in the application system of the Leibniz Competition Procedure, please click the link in this email.
If you already registered an account and created a password during an earlier year of the Leibniz Competition Procedure, please login via this link and continue with the chapter “Accessing the expression of interest”.
The link directs you to the input screen, which should already contain your data. Please verify the data and make corrections as needed.
Click „Request access“ in order to register.
You will receive an e-mail containing your login data.
Next, you will need to create a password. Click the link and keep your user name and e-mail address on hand.
Enter the user name and the corresponding e-mail address. Please note that you must enter the data you received with the e-mail.
Then click „Change!“. This will send another e-mail to the specified e-mail address, which will direct you to the password creation screen.
Click the link you receive with the e-mail.
Please note that the link is only valid for 24 hours, for security reasons. If you do not create a password within these 24 hours, you will have to repeat the previous steps.
