General information about the Arbeitskreis Europa (AK Europa)
The Arbeitskreis Europa addresses issues relating to the submission of proposals and project management within the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation. It promotes the exchange of experiences between the Leibniz Institutes and the European Office on current developments in research policy in Brussels and is closely involved in the preparation of Leibniz statements on EU research funding.
The Working Group on Europe is composed of EU advisors, third-party funding administrators, research coordinators and legal advisors from Leibniz institutes and meets twice a year.
The spokespersons for the AK Europa are elected by the working group for a term of two years. The current spokesperson for the AK Europa is:
